Cross- and lengthways connectors, direct suspension
The KÖNIG cross connector is installed in suspended ceiling constructions and forms a cross link between the base and the load-bearing profile (KÖNIG CD 60/27). In addition to the optimal position securing, the clamping also enables a subsequent moving/adjusting of the profile spacing.
The KÖNIG straight connector is installed in suspended ceiling constructions, and enables a simple connection of KÖNIG C ceiling profiles on base and load-bearing profiles.
The KÖNIG direct suspension (angled) is installed in suspended ceiling constructions, and used for the direct suspension of KÖNIG C ceiling profiles. Among other things, the direct suspension is also used for facing formwork.
The installation of the direct suspension to the structural component (e.g. raw ceiling, wooden beams, etc.) is carried out via the opening in the crossmember area with the suitable attachment material. The opening width of the legs is adjusted to the width of the KÖNIG C ceiling profile, so that an optimum installation is possible. The two legs are provided with numerous displaced round holes to align the C ceiling profile and to attach it.
The KÖNIG KlickFix direct suspension is installed in suspended ceiling constructions, and used for the direct suspension of KÖNIG C ceiling profiles. With this very low construction height, a particularly slim design can be achieved and thus create more available room height.
The installation of the direct suspension to the structural component (e.g. raw ceiling, wooden beams, massive wall etc.) is carried out with the suitable attachment material, depending on the underlying material. The KlickFix direct suspension is optimally adapted to the KÖNIG C ceiling profile so that a trouble-free mounting and adjustment is possible.
The KÖNIG nonius lower part for KÖNIG CD profiles, is installed in suspended ceiling constructions and is part of a suspension system consisting of the KÖNIG nonius upper and lower part as well as the KÖNIG cotter pins or KÖNIG clips. Installation of the nonius lower part to the nonius upper part is carried out via the pins or clips.
The KÖNIG nonius suspension hanger, upper part is installed in suspended ceiling constructions and is part of a suspension system consisting of the KÖNIG nonius upper and lower part as well as the KÖNIG cotter pins or KÖNIG clips. The installation of the nonius upper part on the structural component (e.g. raw ceiling, wooden beams, etc.) is carried out via the opening in the fish plate with suitable fasteners.
The KÖNIG retainer clip is installed in suspended ceiling constructions, which are suspended with KÖNIG nonius suspension devices, and serve as a connector between the nonius upper and lower part. Thus, it is to be understood as an adjustment pin and retainer clip in this function. Per suspension hanger, there must be two retainer clips installed reversed towards each other.
The KÖNIG cotter pin is installed in suspended ceiling constructions, which are suspended with KÖNIG nonius suspension devices and serve as a connector between the nonius upper and lower part. Thus, it is to be understood as a cotter pin and retainer clip in this function. For each suspension hanger, install a cotter pin. After guiding it through, bend the longer protruding part and treat the point of bending with touch-up varnish.
The KÖNIG C wall profile is a zinc-plated metal profile with an organic coating, and is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18182-1 as well as DIN EN 14195. The profile is used to create non-load bearing internal partitioning walls in accordance with DIN 4103.
H punches are incorporated into the crossmember of the profile for the routing of installation lines and cables. An easy and quick way to create a hole in the crossmember area is to slightly bend over the sheet metal tabs. This can be increased as needed on the building-side, according to the specifications listed below. The asymmetric geometry enables a simple interlacing of the profiles within each other. The 3 bead technology in both of the flanges and the flattening down of the flange ends, give the profile an additional stability to enable an optimal processing.
The KÖNIG C ceiling profile is a zinc-plated metal profile with an organic coating, and is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18182-1, DIN EN 14195 as well as DIN EN 13964. The profile is used for the creation of suspended ceilings with plasterboard as the sub-construction, and can be processed using accessories according to DIN 18168 and DIN EN 13964.
The beads in the flange area as well as the flattening down of the flange ends and the bead in the crossmember, give the profile an additional stability to enable an optimal processing.
The KÖNIG U Wall profile is a zinc-plated metal profile with an organic coating, and is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18182-1 as well as DIN EN 14195. The profile is used to create non-load bearing internal partitioning walls in accordance with DIN 4103, as a metal substructure and serves as a trailing edge profile in the metal frame in the area of the ceiling and floor connection.
The bead in the crossmember area turns into an airtight edge connections with tightenting of the screws and use of sealing tape.
The KÖNIG U ceiling profile is a zinc-plated metal profile with an organic coating, and is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18182-1, DIN EN 14195 as well as DIN EN 13964. The profile is used for the creation of suspended ceilings with plasterboard as the sub-construction in the edge areas.
